Full Throttle? Well,
did you know that energy drinks can give you seizures, strokes, and
even sudden death? They can. This is a growing problem for young
teenagers. Energy drinks are very unhealthy and is a very bad habit
to get into. Kids drinking these drinks are not getting the right
nutrition they need if they are lacking energy for an activity or
something else like that. Kids and young teens need to eat a good and
healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner to have the energy to do stuff.
Exercise also helps you have more energy and be more healthy.
How
to stay healthy:
- eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- exercise
- don't drink energy drinks
