Having a sports injury may cause depression and might ruin a career. Tracy Mcgrady, the ninth pick in the 1997 draft and in the 2002-2003 averaged 32.1 points.   3. Stretch often. This helps by loosening your muscles so you don't tense up during a game. It is also recommended to stretch after workouts or practices to cool down.
