Steriods by Ian

Steroids are a big problem for lots of people, especially in the sports world. Steroids are an artificial hormone, that uses extra testosterone to improve the whole muscle mass of the body. The enhancers are usually used my athletes, but are also used by college students, and sometimes teenagers. There are lots of side effects including acne, purple and red spots, balding, swelloing in the feet and legs, dizziness, moodiness, hallucinations, paranoia, sleeping disorders, high blood pressure, vomiting, liver damage, heart diseases, higher risk of cancer, strokes, illness from needles, and higher chance of HIV/AIDS.

What you can do to avoid steroids:
  • Work out instead of using artificial muscles
  • Avoid people that use steroids
  • Say no if any offers them to you
