Sun tanning by Will

Sun tanning and over exposure of UVA rays has been a current problem in the U.S.A, with over 1 million new cases every year. If exposed to UVA rays for to long many problems may occur, including skin cancer, skin damage, immune system damage and even melanoma. Tanning beds are especially bad for the skin because they release only UVA rays.
 How to protect your skin:

  •  Stay away from tanning beds, and direct UVA rays.
  • Use sun screen often.
  •  Limit the amount of sun that you get.
So next time that you go out remember to use sun block, and stay away from tanning beds.
